About the property
Can’t really get a better spot on the Gold Coast. It’s walking distance from the beach and super close to the coles, gym etc and only a short walk/bike ride to either Burleigh or nobbys. All the neighbours are great and overall a nice peaceful street to live in.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what the person moving in needs and not open to pets and or couples unfortunately.
The room is $320 per week extra bills like electricity and wifi usually come to around $75 a month. Bond is 4 weeks rent

About the flatmates
Hi my name is Dean, I’m 31 and work most days throughout the whole week. To live with I’m extremely clean and tidy, I like to have my own chill time when not working. Spend most of my spare time in the garden or surfing/at the gym. Non smoker and definitely not a party kind of house so looking for someone that’s all about chill, no stress, no drama vibes.
You’ll also be living with Jared, 29 who is very similar to me in terms of living with. Jared works 5 days a week and is always out and about living a very active lifestyle while not at work.
You’ll also be living with Romy, a 5 year old Great Dane x bull mastiff. He’s super kind, gentle, never barks or makes noise and lives outside in the backyard.
We consider the house a place to come back to and rest and reset. It’s not a hostel, we don’t have people coming and staying here all the time so if you’re wanting to have friends/people constantly staying at the house then this isn’t the place for you. What you’ll get from us is peace of mind that where you live is a calm, clean and quiet environment and we only ask for the same consideration from you in return.
