I have 1 bedroom (bedroom 2) with shared bathroom available in a two story 3 bedroom duplex.
The house is in a fantastic location in Miami being walking distance to the beach, Miami One and Miami Marketta. The house is also fully furnished including the bedroom with a bed.
All the bills are split equally. Electricity is paid monthly, water quarterly. Internet is $28 a month each.
The property has:

* Main bathroom upstairs
* Combined laundry with 2nd bathroom downstairs.

I moved to Gold Coast 2 years ago from Adelaide with my adorable Pomeranian Roman. I love being social and trying new restaurants/bars but also enjoy a home cooked meal over a wine. I work locally in hospitality which keeps me busy so coming home to a chilled house is a must. I enjoy getting down to the beach with Roman when I can or taking him to the local dog park.
Living with me you can expect a clean, respectful, honest and friendly household. I want this house to feel like a home where anyone is welcome and not just a ‘rent a room’ situation.
