About the flatmates
Hey potential flatmate!
My name is Warren, I have lived in this amazing beach house for 11 years. I have a beautiful 9yr old boy who lives with us 50% of the time. I'm from Newcastle originally an have lived on the Gold Coast since 2011. Surfing is my passion, when I'm not at work that's generally where my son and I will be! We love keeping fit and healthy.
Nathan has also been in the house for a very long time. He's home town is Coffs Harbour. Nathan loves to travel, catching up with friends & is away most weekends.
Our third person Bettina (your room on the top floor) has been with us for 12months, & she is moving down to NSW to pursue her career in the health industry.
We love to have a catchup beverage on the top deck or down in the tropical court yard after big day at work or on Friday afternoon. However we are not big drinkers.
We also very much respect each others space & privacy when needed.
We are looking for a fun mature none smoking female professional with full time work to join our little beach house family. (35 - 45yrs) Women only need apply, as we would like a good balance in the house.
This is definitely NOT a party house or a holiday house for partners to stay! The room is available to 1 person, not a couple. Just to be very clear.
Please be mindful you will be sharing with an 9 year old. 2 days one week and 4 days the other, of course he is at school for most of the time week days.
He is a very respectful, chatty, well behaved boy who I'm incredibly proud of, and has grown up in this house from day 1.
