Looking for a new flatmate to move anytime from now, preferably before February 15th.
You'll have to go on the lease for 6 months so therefore must commit to 6 months minimum and have proof of reliable income (payslips). Most likely there's possibilty to extend after 6 months (I've been extending for 2 years).
The house is located close to the beach in Miami, super close to bus stop and shops as well.
It's a three-bed house with a shared bathroom (separate toilet). The house is fully furnished except for your room! There's air-con in the living room and ceiling fans throughout.

You'll be living with two girls both aged 25. I've been living on the Gold Coast for the last four years and Hanna recently moved here!
We love to go to the beach or explore new cafes around the Gold Coast. We also enjoy living an active lifestyle whether it's going to the gym or long beach walks!
We would love to find someone who could also become a friend and shares somewhat similar interests :)
