About the flatmates
Hi I'm Josh. Looking for a flat-mate for the upstairs, eastern wing of my newly built duplex in Miami. Approx 700m walk to the beach. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.
I'm 45, run my own recruitment business from home, love surfing, pilates and the odd night out. I travel a lot, usually chasing waves. Just came back from 6 weeks in Indonesia, next trip Hawaii in January.
I also co-own a beautiful Rhodesian Ridgeback called Chilli. He's a big fella but super chilled. He's around roughly every second fortnight.
I may get a second flatmate down the track but for now just looking for one person to share my place with.
