Hey I'm Ness and I'm looking for a 30+ person to live with in the Magic Mountain apartments complex in Miami / Nobby Beach.

The room for rent is Queen size with built in, mirrored wardrobe, ceiling fan and air con, but is unfurnished.
You'll have your own bathroom with shower + own parking spot.

The apartment furnished, pretty spacious and has the most incredible 180 degree view of the city, sunset, mountains and beach. It's just me + potentially you living here.

The apartment complex has 3 pools (one is an infinity pool overlooking Miami beach), sauna and gym.

$415 p/week with car spot, excluding bills.

Location is super convenient.. walking distance to Nobbys beach, Miami beach and Mermaid beach and all cafes, coffee shops, bars and restaurants in that vicinity. We look over them like kings/qweens✌️

A bit about me:
I relocated from Sydney to GC a 1.5yrs ago. I'm usually out and about - at the gym, walking Miami esplanade or working at the Oxley. On the weekends I like to keep active and social.. whether that's playing golf or pickleball, going for a hike, or lazing around at the beach. I'm often travelling back to Sydney to visit fam/friends and for work.

I work full time and operate an ecom business on the side. Good Chat are conversation cards about all the juicy stuff like money, s*x and dating. They're a fun way to skip the small talk, bring up random stories and actually connect. Guaranteed we'll have some good chats with them haha no pun intended.

What I'm looking for:
Someone easy going, reliable, and respectful, who's up for being friends but also values their own space and independence. And the usual stuff... you’re clean, pay rent on time, and treat the space like home.
