About the property
The house is fully furnished and located just 1.3km from the beach, with shops, cafés and amenities close by. We have a shared bathroom, an additional toilet, spacious laundry and a great outdoor area with a pool, perfect for relaxing or cooling off.
Cleanliness is important to us, so we’re looking for someone who is naturally tidy and respectful of shared spaces. In bedroom (2) there is an AC and a ceiling fan as well as a skylight.
The available bedroom is the largest in our house and is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own, while the rest of the house is fully set up and ready to enjoy.

About the flatmates
Hi! We’re Jess and Katie, originally from country Victoria, and we’re looking to fill our empty third bedroom with someone who shares similar values and a relaxed, respectful lifestyle.
We’re both quite active and spend our free time at the gym, walking along the esplanade, or unwinding with a book at the beach or pool. We love travelling and have been lucky enough to explore many parts of the world.
Katie works full-time from home, and I (Jess) work full-time managing a skin clinic, as well as coaching group fitness in the early mornings.
We’re definitely early birds, so we value early nights during the week. While we’re social and enjoy good company, we also appreciate our own space and a calm, comfortable home environment.
