About the property
The house is located in the heart of Miami - just a 2-minute walk to Marketta and around a 15-minute walk to the beach. It’s a spacious home with plenty of room to spread out.
You’ll be living downstairs, with a large private area that’s currently unfinished so you can make it your own. You’ll have your own toilet, and both bathrooms will be renovated shortly so you’ll have your own shower too. This also includes your own entrance.
Upstairs is currently unfurnished but will be fully set up with modern furniture within the next week.

Hiya! There are two of us currently living in the house - I’m Sofie (22), I work full-time and run a business on the side, and Madi (25), who works FIFO. We’re both quite busy, active, and like to keep fit and healthy. In our downtime we enjoy long walks, Pilates, gym sessions, and the occasional cheeky drink. We keep the house clean, calm and easy-going, and are looking for someone like-minded to share the space
