Hey there, I have a room available in my apartment at the Belle Mia complex in Miami and I’m looking for someone to move in for an initial 3-month stay, potentially extending to 6 months depending.
The location: The spot is incredible if you like the beach/outdoors!:
8-minute walk to the beach.
5-minute walk to Piccolo Espresso.
12-minute walk to Miami Hill/Mick Schamburg lookout.
15-minute bike ride to Burleigh and James Street
About the place:
Your room is a decent size and comes fully furnished, though I’m happy to move things out if you have your own furniture. The wardrobe next to the bed is really spacious too. You’ll also have your own bathroom with a full bath! I have NBN hooked up in the house, so we have super fast internet (need it for WFH). The apartment is an older, 30-year-old build with high ceilings and a really spacious feel. It’s got a great kitchen and living area with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
Not to mention complex has a pool and chill out area, and our patio wraps around the building.
A few quirks: The building was previously lived in by an elderly woman for many years, so it’s a bit vintage and needs a little TLC. The oven doesn't work (we use an air fryer instead), and the dishwasher hasn't been used in 15 years, so we just wash dishes in the sink. The stove top also only has one setting.. very hot.. but I manage to cook great meals and I'll teach you the strategies..
Parking: Off-street. I may have another car-park that could be rented for $40 but thats TBC.
$350 per week plus bills. Bills include internet, electricity, water.
If this sounds like your vibe, send me a message and let's see if it's a fit! Women only, do accept dogs as well :)

A bit about me:
I’m a 32-year-old professional working in tech and real estate. I’m usually up by 5:30 or 6:00 am for a beach walk and a smoothie before starting work. I work from home a few times a week, so the house is generally quite peaceful. I’m usually home and winding down by 9:00 pm, often watching something like Bridgerton or Big Brother while cooking or reading a book on the couch with a facial mask on. I’m quite social and enjoy hobbies like dancing, padel, gym or hitting the driving range, but I definitely value a quiet, tidy home to recharge in at the end of a hectic day or week.
What I'm looking for: Ideally another woman who is tidy, reliable with rent, and friendly. It’d be lovely to find someone who wants to be friends and keep the house feeling open and warm, while still respecting each other's space. Open to medium/smaller dogs but unfortunately no cats as there is quite a territorial cat in the complex.
Love to call this apartment "The House of Healing", so you can expect to see tarot readings, face masks, nourishing meals, massage guns and candles on pretty often..
