We live in a quiet residential area with a lot of off street parking if you have a car. If not the supermarket and other small shops are less then 1km away. We are close to Griffith university so ideal for students. And close to the GCUH.

We have a fully furnished house with internet, TV, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. We also have a spacious backyard and outdoor area. We also have a puppy.

Will have one room available early Feb and another room available around early march, feel free to get in contact for an inspection.
