About the property
5 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, outdoor space. 1000 square metre block, plenty of room for relaxing, exercising and playing with our dog. We have a BBQ outside, with an entertaining deck and plenty of privacy.
I have screenshotted approximate location of the property. The location is ideally better for someone who has a vehicle and we have on, and off-street parking. If you do not have a vehicle, the bus is approximately 40 mins to surfers paradise, with the closest bus stop, 6 mins walk from our house. The Griffith university and Gold Coast hospital is 25 min bus ride, or 44 minute walk.
The suburb is quiet, but if you have a vehicle most things are within a 5-15 mins drive, it is a very central location.

About the flatmates
I am a 35 year old female (Australian) finance broker working from home. There is also a 40 year old male (Italian) house painter who owns his own business. We are quiet, clean and sociable. We also have a beautiful Labrador, so must love dogs. We enjoy the beach, dinner and bbqs with friends on the weekend. After work, you will most likely find me playing with or walking my dog, and the other housemate working on something around the house or playing one of his guitars. We are respectful of you and your space, and appreciate the same in turn.
Our ideal room mates are clean, respectful, and sociable.
Please note we are not looking to fill all these rooms. We are either happy to offer the double room ($500/wk, own bathroom,) or the 2 x smaller rooms to two individuals whom would share that bathroom together.
