Hi Housemates, we have a house with pool in Molendinar area, very close to everything in Gold Coast (Griffith Uni, shopping centre) as well as public transport. Rent include hi-speed NBN Wifi, outside maintenance, water and electricity. We are looking for all female tenants only due to i will be in brisbane most of the time and my sister will be living in the house.
The house features:
- 4 tenants bedrooms
- 2 living spaces meaning tenants have their living quarter.
- A separate shared kitchen for tenants
- Pool
- Shared bathroom for tenants (we have our own ensuite)
- Additional toilet downstairs
We are located in a very secure area and there are plenty of space available. We are the house owners and very easy going and considerate.

I live with my sister. I work in a bank and she also works full time from home and love the arcade games. I do martial arts and work on my car in my free time.
We are the owner of the home, very easy going and considerate.
We are looking female tenants as i will be living with my girlfriend in brisbane more often than not and my sister is living in the house. We’re looking for clean, non smoker, preferably long-term housemates.
Currently we have 2 Canadians in their 20s. One is a nurse and the other is a marketing specialist.
Our intention is to have maximum 4 tenants.
We are all working full time and quiet but pretty social.
