This is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Molendinar with seperate living, dining and a massive rumpus room and big deck. The house is very spacious and I am only looking for 1 room mate.
One of the rooms is set up as an office and the other is a spare room for guests. (I might have guests visit from time to time but this is rare).
The property is dual living. My dad lives downstairs in his own 2 bedroom house, there is a seperate drive way and entries. It is not noticeable as all living spaces are separate it just feels as though we are neighbours.
