Extremely central / easy to commute from. Close to bus-stop. Closest tram station is UNH. Close to shops (walking distance to Spar,Aldi).

Very quiet and safe area. Nice nature walks very close-by. Several parks close-by including a small one across the road, another a 5 minute walk away that has a BBQ.

This best things about this beautiful big house include the fact it is a Queenslander with a big wrap around deck on which to sit out on and enjoy the breeze, have breakfast, enjoy sunsets in the afternoon or watch a good lightening storm.

The house itself is very large with plenty of space which you can see in the photos. As it is a 2 story Queenslander on a corner block the house gets a good breeze through it.

A cleaner comes every 2 weeks and a gardener takes care of the lawns/hedges.

The only shared expense is kitchen cleaning products/bin bags/paper towells etc and toilet paper.
Everything else is included.

If you want to grow some things in pots you can (a couple already are) as long as you don't go too crazy with it. There is some storage also for your possessions.

There is a small gym downstairs but it's upto the owner of that equipment if you can use it. Otherwise it's also a good space to sit. There are several gyms close by also.

You will NEED to be able to follow house rules which are printed out and on the wall upstairs. It's pretty common sense stuff but if you are lazy, inconsiderate, can't clean up after yourself promptly and take responsibility DO NOT BOTHER APPLYING.

Looking for someone that's a good fit and gets along with the current housemates. You will be working and/or studying, preferably working. You will be in your 20's or 30's. Aussies encouraged to apply.
