This is a large master bedroom with full ensuite (bath, toilet and shower) on the ground floor. The room has a large glass door leading into the back yard. Both doors can be locked. So great if you have a small pet. The room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if you don't have your own furniture. More pictures to come.

We are looking for someone who can follow basic house rules, is clean/tidy and has a friendly nature. The room will be available on Saturday 24 January 2026.

Our home is very quiet and peaceful. We have an open plan (fully equipped and airconditioned) kitchen, dining and lounge area with big screen tv. The ground floor has a separate guest toilet, laundry and lots of cupboard space.

The room is for a single occupant. The property has private back and front gardens - smokers are ok outside.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and an open plan lounge/dining area.

I have a green thumb and the gardens (back and front) are private and shady. Bills are extra - Internet, Electricity and Water (3 way split) Currently $35 per week depending on use. Share cleaning of common areas.

You would be sharing with 2 mature age females. It would be best if you have your own car as public transport is not frequent.
