Flatmates are responsible for cleaning up behind themselves in the common areas and bathroom and their own bed linen.
All bedrooms have locks for privacy.
If you don't have a car, Nerang is part of a two year trial for On Demand bus transport so you book the bus on the website for the time you want and the bus comes and picks you up at the bottom of the street and then links you to train, different bus stop etc.
There is one off street under cover carpark available on a first come first served basis but ample very safe free parking in the quiet street right outside the house.

About the flatmates
I have a large fully furnished room available for a female, double bed, built in wardrobe, large windows, chest of draws and a ceiling fan, upstairs in a fully furnished air conditioned house.
Weekly rental includes water, power and internet.
Room has become suddenly available due to the sudden expiration of a holiday visa.
Very suitable to international visitors who want a safe fully furnished and equipped home in central Gold Coast.
The house is in a very quiet elevated cul-de-sac in central Nerang, 2 mins from the highway and walking distance to shops, library, cinemas etc. Nerang has everything!
The house has 3 large bedrooms (all with locks) sharing one bathroom with separate toilet in a spacious light filled house with a huge back covered veranda, large kitchen, lounge and dining and including all bills (electricity, water, garden maintenance and free wi-fi). One undercover carpark to share and plenty of free and safe street parking.
Flatmates are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the bathroom and kitchen as well as their bedrooms. There is a laundry downstairs and clothesline in the garden for flatmates to clean their own bedding and a vacuum cleaner to keep their bedrooms clean.
The other two female flatmates are both in their 20s from Australia and Brazil, very chilled and enjoy a quiet healthy lifestyle.
