About the property
- **Location**: We're conveniently close to public transport and shops, with a 10-minute drive to Nerang train station and a walk away from the nearest bus stop.
- **Room**: The room is furnished with a bed and a desk, but if you have your own furniture, that’s perfectly fine as well. However, there's a built in wardrobe for your convenience and I do have a bed if needed otherwise if you’re happy to bring your own bed that’s great.
- **Bathroom**: there is the main toilet and bathroom for guests, but since it'll just be you and me living here, it's basically all yours as i have an ensuite.
- **living areas**: we have a nice central lounge room with a comfortable couch and TV for relaxing evenings. Kitchen is great and we also have a nice little backyard!
- **Parking**: You'll have parking available on the driveway, ensuring your vehicle is safe and secure.
