I’m looking for one amazing girly to take the large master bedroom in a modern, two-level, 4-bedroom townhouse in East Nerang and complete our little tribe! You will have your own double basin ensuite, toilet, and massive walk in wardrobe… seriously if you have heaps of clothes it won’t be an issue 😅 The house is located 2mins off highway exit 71, with Nerang station in walking distance.

Housemates aged 24,25,34. Looking to keep it within this range for a balanced dynamic 🫶

This is a calm, cosy, well-kept home. It’s a good vibe, but it’s not a party house, sorry! However, no one is going to shame you for having a few sneaky wines at home to end your day. We get it 🫶 It’s somewhere to come home, unwind, and switch off. Warm vibes, good energy, and mutual respect are on offer, we’re just looking for another roomie who offers the same in return 🥰 A personality and a good sense of humour will definitely get you brownie points… you’ll fit right in ☺️ x

Bills: Split evenly (not overly expensive)

You’ll be sharing with three other girls, however as it’s a large split-level townhouse with two separate living areas, there will be plenty of space for you to do your own thing. There’s a projector room set up upstairs with pull out sofa lounges. And you could easily set up a TV space in your room if you’d like your own veg out station 🩷 I’m also away about half the time, and everyone lives quite active lives, so the house never feels crowded. Privacy and space are well respected here.

- You’re extremely chaotic or unstable AF - sorry 🙅🏻‍♀️ no hate, I honestly just need stability in my home.
- You want to move in a partner or have them staying most nights - here and there is fine, but I’m only looking for one other housemate here, sorry x
- You bring drama, but not the entertaining kind 😬

Friends visiting is totally fine - respect and balance are key. This is a quiet family estate, and I’m intentional about keeping the house feeling safe, comfy, stable and calm. I’m protective of the space and the vibe - not militant or controlling. I’m structured & fair, not restrictive. As I’m away often and have provided everything for the house besides your room, I just need to know those who live here are reliable and trustworthy enough to look after themselves, the house, and respect others belongings 🩷

Apart from that, I just ask that you make yourself at home and enjoy the space ☺️
