About the flatmates
Our young family 18 (f) 20 (m) and bub (9 mths) with another bub on the way looking to rent a room to single female. $350/ week bills inc. you will have your own bathroom adjacent to your bedroom, furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference (linen not included). Shared spaces are living/dining room, kitchen and laundry, front and back balcony and good sized yard. Separate lease will be provided to you upon approval from real estate.
There is a separate granny flat downstairs which is separately leased.
Bond plus two weeks required upfront and rent is to be paid minimum two weeks in advance, 6 month lease is being offered initially for approved applicant.
