Quiet respectful young family 18 (f) 20 (m) and bub (9 mths) with another bub on the way, hands on grandmother living downstairs in separate granny flat. We are looking to rent a room plus own bathroom to a single female in a quiet street close to public transport. $300/ week bills inc. Your bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom, furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
Shared spaces are living/dining room, kitchen and laundry, front and back balcony and good sized yard. Separate lease will be provided to you upon approval from real estate.
Bond plus two weeks required upfront and rent is to be paid minimum two weeks in advance, 6 month lease is being offered initially for approved applicant.
