• 1 minute drive to the M1, with easy access to the entire Gold Coast and Brisbane
• 2 minutes walking to a gas station, small grocery store and restaurants

It’s a spacious and clean townhouse with a calm, peaceful vibe.

The house has plenty of space, is well maintained, and includes garage parking and yard .

You’ll be sharing the home with me and my husband.
We are Brazilian-born but Australian citizens. We’re calm, respectful people with an early routine and a healthy lifestyle. We usually sleep and wake up early and enjoy a quiet, organized home.

We value cleanliness, respect and good communication.
This is not a party house.
House rules: quiet hours from 6am to 10pm, no parties, no smoking, no drugs, and respect for shared spaces.
