The room itself: (3.5x3.0), built in wardrobe and fan. I currently have a mattress in there but can throw it out to have the room completely unfurnished, or can leave it in there to help you out if you need. You would be sharing the bathroom with someone on occasion, otherwise it’s entirely yours.
House is completely furnished. All it needs now is you!

About the flatmates
Hello potential new flatmate,
I’m Amber, a 35yoF and have just purchased my first place and looking for the right kind of person to move in with me.
I work in emergency services/shiftwork so sometimes I’m home and sometimes I’m not. 😅
When I’m not working, you can find me at the gym, trying different restaurants, travelling, snowboarding or just chilling by the pool with maybe a margarita in hand.
The other room/roommate will be more so for temporary people so not to overcrowd the place. So either FIFO or students who are doing placement.
I’m ideally looking for someone around similar age to make connecting a little easier as well as someone who either works in shiftwork too or atleast understands the odd hours and sometimes needing to be quiet during the day if I’ve come off night shift.
