RTA room rental agreement provided to you. Well maintained property, mowing and gardening and cleaning are all done by professionals, and paid for by landlady.
Accepting human tenants only this time as there is 1 very friendly dog living here already :) he will be your buddy.
There are down to earth housemates who are busy with their careers, and like to chat with each other when time permits. Everyone is generally on the same routine, working during weekdays, and home at night.
This is a drug-free, quiet home with a relaxed vibe. It's a very quiet area with small families and retirees so we like to keep the neighbours happy.
