Can come furnished with a queen bed, king single or unfurnished. Fitted with a double and half wardrobe with chest to draws.

Your share;
- Power amount divided by 3per month. Your part 1/3rd. Can be around $200-$400per month. Invoice provided.

It is a room with ensuite and a lockable door.
With a hallway having an attached laundry all able to be closed off. Located on opposite side of house to the master and kids room attached to second bathroom.

7 min walk to gaven bus stop.
5 min drive to m1, Helensvale Westfield & train station.

House is equipped with full security.
5 cameras and sensor lights surrounding the property.

2 yards front & back. A pool with a seperate deck area fenced off. Bbq area for dinners or weekend enjoyment.

Not requiring a deposit but do require full ID drivers or passport for records and to be kept with my realestate, recent rental references, this may be a great potential for you to gain rental reference.

I do require a 2 week notice of departure.

Must be good with dogs and a kid starting school. Can be quite loud mornings and afternoons before school but we usually are quite relaxed.
Would be suitable for a student or someone one looking for short term stay.
