Oxenford, Gold Coast

I’m looking for a housemate to share my quiet, comfortable home in south Oxenford. It’s an easy place to live and feels peaceful and spacious while still being close to everything.

The house has a good sized living room, a separate kitchen and dining area and a large outdoor deck with beautiful views of the hills. It’s a lovely spot for a morning coffee or a relaxed sunset.

The bedroom available is a good size and includes a wall length sliding wardrobe and sliding door access straight onto the deck. There is currently a double bed in the room which will be moved to another bedroom prior to tenancy.

All bills are included in the rent, including NBN internet, electricity, water and gas, so there are no extra costs to worry about.

The location is very convenient. It is a five minute drive to Movie World, Wet n Wild, Topgolf and Outback Spectacular. Coles supermarket is a three minute drive or around a fifteen minute walk away. There is a bus stop and small park directly across the road, making public transport easy. Westfield Helensvale is about seven minutes away and the M1 is only four minutes away, giving easy access across the Gold Coast.

The house has two bathrooms, a double car garage currently used for storage and is located in a quiet, friendly area.
