About the flatmates
Hi,
My name is Hayley. I’m an agency nurse who genuinely loves her job though at the moment I’m on WorkCover nursing a rebellious knee back to health. I have two boys, aged 15 and 19, who I share 50/50 custody with. They’re great kids: both are big car enthusiasts and spend a lot of their free time fixing cars, while one also has a serious love for basketball. Between engines and hoops, there’s rarely a dull moment.
We do have a dog our much-loved Great Dane/Bull Mastiff. She’s a gentle giant with a heart of gold and an impressive ability to steal hearts (and couches). She’ll be kept in the general areas only, though if a door is accidentally left open, she may take that as a personal invitation. Because she’s a big, affectionate girl, a dog lover is definitely a must.
As a family, we enjoy spending our weekends outdoors, making the most of the beautiful beaches and lakes nearby. Bike riding and swimming are favourites, and at home I love gardening and growing vegetables. it’s my way of unwinding (and pretending I have a green thumb).
For full transparency, I do smoke cigarettes, always outside, and I enjoy the occasional casual drink.
We’re a relaxed, respectful family who value a comfortable, happy home and we promise plenty of laughs along the way
