Hi, I am currently renting a 4 bedroom home with mom, and we are looking for an additional person to share and rent with. I am a student and work casually, and mom is partially disabled and retired. We are both quiet and reserved, and looking for someone respectful and considerate to share with us.We have a lovely home and would be delighted to share it with the right person. The room is currently unfurnished in case you wanted to bring your own furniture. However we would happily provide all furniture that suits your requirements.We are both long term renters. There is also a spare room which could be used as a TV lounge for further privacy. The location is great with 2minutes to Pacific motorway and 5 minutes to Westfield Shopping Centre.
