Parkwood, Gold Coast

House is a 4-bedroom large house located at Parkwood less than a minute walk to bus stop and 11 minutes walk to Parkwood east tram station. My room has separate bathroom. The other bathroom shared with females only.
My daughter is 10 yo stays in another room.

One room will be available 1st of March, and it can be rented at $250 for one girl. Or $350 for 2 girls.

The rest of the house has full furniture.
Kitchen and cooking stuff are available. The new flatmate is welcome to use anything in the house as long as it is kept clean and used with care. We have an inground pool. Acreage property is very difficult to find land this size close to everything. Very nice view in the backyard. Pool table. And tennis table. 2 lounge rooms one is huge. Woodfire heater. BBQ. Exercise machines.
Each room has a ceiling fan.

House rules.
-Strictly not a party house. But you can have friends over every now and then. Not all time.
-No noise between 10 pm and 5 am.
-Only female tenant since the house shared with other females and 10 yo daughter.
-Must be clean and tidy. Respect others' privacy and space.
-Smokers ok, but there is no smoking inside the house. You can smoke in the backyard.
-Strictly no drug users.
-I like to keep the house peaceful environment.
-Rent includes electricity, water, and ultra-high-speed internet.
