Looking for a non smoker, tidy female, happy to do their own thing in a quiet house. Someone who is looking for a quiet haven to study in. Definitely no parties. And most importantly trustworthy. It's open plan house so if you're a big tv watcher would ask you use headphones at night. We would share the kitchen, laundry and the swimming pool. Parking in the driveway is available.
