This is a lovely home it is very large and a modern share house with lovely long term tenants.
I have a Queen size room, with a queen bed available, for one person unfortunately I don't take couples.
The linen which is advertised is just for the photos, you must provide your own, or you can purchase from me.
The room has a bracket for a flat screen TV to be mounted on the wall, an air-conditioner, also ceiling fan, double wardrobe and desk.
You have your very own private entrance via a glass sliding door in your room.
The room has locks on the internal and external doors and is facing a beautiful in ground pool.
The room is available 19th February
The weekly rate includes all bills, electricity, water, maintenance of the 2 acre property and also includes fast wireless unlimited Internet...
This includes an under cover carpark for one vehicle.
Included in the rent is a, gardener, lawn mower and pool cleaner.
However you are living a shared house and are expected to keep the common areas clean ( there is a roster) and tidy, especially the kitchen, just so it is clean for the next person, just maners and respect.

The house is close to everything but it feels like you are miles from anywhere, the property sits on 2 acres of beautiful trees and lawn, so it's the perfect place for you to relax and watch the world go by.
Don't be suprised if you see a koala or some kangaroos in the garden.

The bus stop is a five minute walk and the light rail is a 10 minute walk.
Close to Griffith University and the Griffith University Hospital as it's only 3 klms away.
