Parkwood, Gold Coast

The property has 4 bedrooms, but only 2 are occupied, with only 1 person in each. The 3rd room is my sons, but he is 2 and sleeps with me. We have a yard, plenty of gardening spaces, 2x large outdoor entertaining areas (plenty of space for any guests), a built-in swimming pool, plenty of free street parking, 1 main bathroom that is shared with my mother (my son and I have a separate ensuite). The lounge area is large and has a smart TV. Internet, Spotify, Netflix, electricity, and water are all included in the weekly rent. I also do a lot of cooking and baking, so these are available to you at a small contribution to groceries if you so choose.
It is important to note that my son is 2, so there will be toys, but he has dedicated play spaces inside and outside, so they aren't everywhere. We also have 2 cavoodle dogs, that are super friendly.
Your room has a double mirrored built-in robe, double bed with bedding, air-conditioning/heating, chest of draws, linen basket, and storage space under the bed.
We have buses that run on our street with the bus stop only a few houses up, and we are 1 street away from the Parkwood west tram stop. Arundel plaza has all your basic needs, and is conveniently located down the end of our street. Harbour Town and Helensvale are close and easily accessed by public transportation.
There are also a lot of grood walking tracks in our area, so there is a nice feel of nature even though we are centrally located.
