My cozy and warm home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 story house with a cute courtyard out the back located in the beautiful Heights Estate in Pimpama. We are located 2 minutes to the highway and every shop you could need.

You will have your own private carpeted bedroom that can fit a queen/king bed and side tables and also a desk, also has mirrored built in wardrobe with built in shelving and hangings. Room has a ceiling fan along with a big window with great natural lighting and breeze and a nice view and 2 double power points.
Bathroom has a big vanity with huge mirror, toilet, big shower with ceiling shower head and great water pressure and a massive tub.
Upstairs loungeroom.
I have everything you need so just bring your own bedroom furniture and belongings.
I do require you to be 2 weeks ahead in rent and would like 2 weeks rent held as bond just in case of any damages etc, will be refunded when you leave. No pets, smokers and no drugs, sorry!

When I'm not working I'm either out catching up with friends, riding my motorbikes and camping. I love to be out and about and stay active. I love to fish and go camping. I enjoy my quiet time at home with the occasional good movie, some music (headphones), and a good meal, which you're welcome to join. I am very considerate when I live with someone and care about their space/privacy and like to make sure they feel comfortable and at home.

Someone who has a hobby or goes to the gym rather than sitting at home all day every day.
Someone who isn't lazy and who won't cause stress and trouble in the household, cleans up after themselves and keeps their bathroom and bedroom maintained with cleaning. Someone happy to have a chat/meal and hang out but also respects our down time and space, someone who doesn't smoke or do drugs (I don't mind drinking haha). Our home is not a party house.
Also someone who works full time/part time (can be studying as well as working) who wont be sitting at home gaming all day.
