I am looking for 2 roommates to join me on the lease as current roommates are moving out. I am looking for non-smokers, no drug takers, must be willing to go on the lease straight away. The lease is until May with potential to resign. the rooms will be empty however the property is partially furnished.
The kind of roommate I'm looking for is someone working full time, respectful, happy to hangout sometimes, be awesome if shared interest in cars but not required. No big partiers but the occasional drinks is cool. Happy and easy going is a must.
