The bedrooms will be empty, but the rest of the house is partially furnished, i.e. kitchen utensils, kitchen table, washing machine, a small fridge/freezer, and some gardening tools. New tenants will need to furnish their rooms and have their own lounge chairs as only have 1 chair currently. There is room for another fridge if required. Off street parking on driveway as well as plenty of parking on street. Small back and front yard mowed weekly by tenants, aircon in kitchen/dining area and fans throughout every room.

Hey I'm Kobi, I'm 29, Male, work full time, I enjoy cars, Gym, gaming, YouTube, and chilling out, I'm a fairly quiet person, but i do enjoy chatting and the company of others.
I am looking for 2 roommates to join me on the lease as current roommates are moving out. I am looking for non-smokers, no drug takers, must be willing to go on the lease straight away. The lease is until May with potential to resign. the rooms will be empty however the property is partially furnished.
The kind of roommate I'm looking for is someone working full time, respectful, happy to hangout sometimes, be awesome if shared interest in cars but not required. No big partiers but the occasional drinks is cool. Happy and easy going is a must.
Happy to answer any questions as well as view of property by appointment. I'm okay with pets but they will be up to the real estate to allow. current roommates have a cat which is on current lease, so something similar would probably be accepted.
