Located in Reedy Creek, this is a modern townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms in a quiet, convenient area. The home has a relaxed mix of quiet and social vibes. We are friendly and enjoy spending time together, while also respecting personal space.

Weeknights are pretty low-key. We joke that we are grandmas haha, usually having a couch debrief about our days before early nights around 8pm. On weekends we are generally out and about, working or doing our own thing.

The home is fully equipped with all whitegoods included, including a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. We are flexible with living room furniture if you’d like to bring anything :)

The living area and the available bedroom both have air-conditioning. Your ensuite is unfurnished. There is a small yard, plenty of parking, and the room comes with its own private balcony, bathroom and walk-in-robe.

We are two female housemates who have become genuine friends and would love the same dynamic with a new roommate. We are looking for someone respectful, easygoing, and happy in a calm but friendly household.

The room is available from 12 February, with some flexibility and the option to move in slightly earlier. The owner has asked that the new housemate go on the lease after a 4-week trial period, provided everyone is happy. The lease will be renewed in May for another 12 months, which has already been confirmed by the owner.

Bills are shared and average around $50 per month, covering power, internet and water.
