Robina, Gold Coast

Hi I'm Adrian, I have this place to myself and need just one flat mate. You have your own bath room. And half the power. It's a nice town house in Robina in a gated complex walking distance to the train station and town center. Buses are at the end of the street. It's a Spanish style complex with a great pool, gym and bbq area with electric barbeque. The place is newly painted with new carpet and is nice and light. I have it set up quite nice through out with furniture that's a mix of Thai mahogany and lighter colours, it presents like a display home really. Out back there is a nice paved area with a view of lawn and trees. And the neighbor's cat is friendly. In fact everyone in the complex is. I have an out door sit up dining bar/wok cooking area. Nice for a Sunday afternoon chill out. Tv is 55", stereo is vintage and modern. I'm very tidy and like coming home to my place. I've been in this unit 6 months, previously another in the same complex for 5 years. I'm fairly quiet and relaxed, enjoy music and anything arty. I was involved in latin and jive dance groups for many years and still go to the various groups parties. I spend most of my time down Burleigh in the weekends with a book and a coffee. I do play guitar but not enough to be annoying. I work in mechanical engineering sales in Brisbane and have also worked in Melbourne at times. Very multicultural, good experience living there.
