Our home is a beautiful, modern two-story house! We have a main living area with a TV and then an upstairs common area with a couch, projector and games which is a nice quiet area to sit. We have a generously sized back patio with a small grassed area perfect for laying in the sun. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, leaving the shared shower and two separate toilets for just yourself and one other roommate to share! We also have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and air conditioning in the main living area. As for the location of the house, we are across the road from a bus station and only a 15-minute walk to Robina Town Centre, making it a perfect location if you don't have your own vehicle. The bedroom on offer has a wardrobe with floor-to-ceiling mirror doors as well as a ceiling fan. In order to secure this room, a $1150 bond + $640 (two weeks' rent in advance) is required. The rent cost of $320 per week includes water, gas, electricity and internet 😊 The property is 20 minutes from Southern Cross University and Griffith University and 5 minutes from
Bond University.
