Robina, Gold Coast

3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with multiple living spaces in Robina. A very quick 5 minute stroll around the corner will get you to Robina Town Centre.

We have 2 bedrooms available, one furnished with a queen bed and the other bedroom without furniture in it. The future occupants of these bedrooms will share a bathroom. The house is fully furnished throughout.

The main floor includes the kitchen, dinning area, and balcony overlooking the reservoir with a Webber grill. The kitchen is fully kitted out with a new Breville espresso machine, a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and option to set up the Ooni pizza oven.

The downstairs TV room has a big U shaped couch, a Peloton bike and access to the backyard. We’ve recently updated the backyard with fresh turf, a double hammock, two lounge chairs and an herb garden and even a fire and festoon lights to enjoy the space at night too!

Upstairs is the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, upstairs living space that also doubles as a workspace when needing. My partner and I live in the master bedroom.

This house is definitely NOT a party house. We don’t mind if you have a few friends over for a chill one though. Preferably looking for someone who is truly out of their partying days and someone who does not smoke or do drugs. Ideally with consistent work and is no longer studying.

Also, must be okay with living with a German Shepard! 🐾

Couples are welcome to apply, but know that our preference is to find two flat mates or 1 couple to share the two rooms.
