2 mature house mates (1 Male and 1 Female not a couple) looking for a 3rd to move in to a room that is being vacated in a 3 bedroom townhouse that is nestled in The Glades estate Robina, close to M1 for travel as well as Robina shopping mall and other amenities.
Both house mates are really easy going, chilled and down to earth. Both are considerate and socialable but also enjoy their own time and respectful of others time, space and belongings.
1 plays Golf + works and is out most of the day every day. 1 house mate has a split WFO/WFH arrangement so will WFO 2 days a week - shift worker, but mindful of time and others.
1 house mate has 2 french bulldogs who are well trained and extremely friendly and a joy to have as house buddies. Therefore a dog lover suits best.
Both house mates are not born and bred on the GC, but have made our way here from different areas of the country to now call this great place home and be ideal for similar.
