About the property
You will have a very generously sized room. The bigger one is 4.5m x 4m (TAKEN), the smaller one is 3.5m x 3m for a single female available from 1st February. You will have your own bathroom with a shower and bathtub and seperate toilet. You will share a hallway with two giant storage cupboards with one other person too, this section of the house can be closed off so it's completely private. You will share a kitchen, dining room and another lounge with just me and someone else. There is a huge pool area and access to the water for kayaking, SUP, fishing e.t.c. There is a garden if you would like to get your hands dirty. There is a one bedroom house that is connected internally where my sister, partner and baby will live, they are completely seperate in terms of living, socialising on the other hand, we will be doing quite a bit.
There is ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Induction stovetop, dishwasher and pretty recently renovated throughout. The house is located on a pretty quiet road with parks nearby and not far from gyms, varsity lakes, Bond University and Robina town centre. Pizzey park is only a 3 minute drive away.
Solar panels on the roof to keep the power bill down, outdoor shower for surfers and beach lovers to wash yourself down.

Hello! I'm looking for one more single woman to share this beautiful space with.
I'm originally from the UK and grew up in Thailand, NZ and the UK. I have my own business that I run from home, mostly online. I also look after a little boy a day a week. I'm up for a chat about life, play a board game or hang around the pool and also sometimes need my space. I love sports and play beach volleyball, pickleball and soccer. Love nature and going on hikes and camping. I believe in mindfulness and I am spiritual to a certain point. I am an open-minded, respectful person.
I am looking for people to share this space with that have similar values. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, eat mostly organic but not strict on it. I like to be social and ask about your day and also respect privacy if you need/ want it. I am looking for a peaceful, calm space to share where everyone feels like they can relax. I don't drink very often, don't smoke, love to play sports and be fit and healthy. Looking for conscious, clean and tidy people, who are mindful of energy usage in the house. The kind of people that clean as they cook rather than leave everything till the next morning, who take their shoes off at the door, come home and do all the tasks that need to be done before relaxing. I would be open to sharing meals so we can cook less and enjoy life more. :)
I like to have friends round for games and movie nights, days relaxing round the pool and getting in the water. I also have a music jam with my friends once a week and I would like to host those sometimes. It would be great if you played too! I will also be starting a space for mums to get tools and resources during working hours around the front of the house so you must be comfortable with that. There will also be a spare room that I would be happy to share occasionally if/ when you have visitors from further away, it has it's own bathroom too.
