I’m 34 years old and currently busy with work, study, and a consistent routine. I live an active and healthy lifestyle and am easy-going, respectful, and social, while also valuing calm, cleanliness, and personal space. I enjoy sharing a meal together occasionally, but I deeply value a peaceful, harmonious home. I’m easy to live with and No OCD or clean freak!
The second room has a Bond University Master’s student named Tommy. He’s 25 and recently moved here from Germany. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with him. He is easy going and respectful!

• Large bedroom has a three windows with plenty of natural light, Bright, airy, and spacious. It is furnished. The room might be look small on the picture but this room has enough space. You will see it when you do your inspection in person.
Plus, you will have a convenient car parking spot.

• Reliable, respectful, clean, and like-minded people ( I’m not clean freak but requires a basic cleans in the house if you have done the mess)
• Someone seeking a quiet, calm, and peaceful home.
• Since you need to share your bathroom with man, I prefer another guy.
• Long-term preferred but open to short term
