There will be a total of 4 people max living in the house.
We are looking to rent out a very spacious master bedroom for a single person with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
This room comes with a queen bed with a bedside table, desk & chair, lamp & a small bookshelf.
The house is centrally located, it takes 15mins to the nearest beach, 3 minute drive to nearest coles, less than 10 minutes drive to Robina town center.
We prefer a clean and tidy male with a full-time job or studying full-time.
Sorry no pets, no couples & no smokers or vapers. If you smoke or Vape at all, I'm sorry to say this is not the place for you so please kindly refrain from asking for an inspection, thank you.
