We are looking for a third flatmate in the apartment we are renting in Varsity lakes until April 27th. You will be sharing bedroom with one of us.
Full 2 bedroom apartment (King Bed and Queen Bed), 2 bathrooms, full wardrobes in both bedrooms, separate office with desk and chair, full kitchen with all cooking and utensils, full laundry with washer and dryer, open plan living room with balcony overlooking Lake Orr and Gold Coast Hinterland. Secure basement parking for one car, and street parking for additional cars.
Access to all resort style facilities including large pool, gym, sauna, golf simulator, movie theatre and outdoor BBQ area.
Walking distance to Bond University (approx. 15 minutes), bus stop outside complex, approx. 7 minutes drive or bus to Burleigh Beach, 5 minutes to Robina Town Centre and train station.
