About the flatmates
I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease! You will be living with 2 other females, both 30 this year - 1 is a teacher and 1 is a nurse so must be respectful of shift work. They are chill girls and always down for a wine, chat or movie night but also respectful of own time/space! Ideally would love someone to move from the 22nd of february. There’s 2 rooms you’re able to choose from + can utilise the second room as a wardrobe room! It’s a non-smoking house. There is a labrador and golden retriever already in the house so no more pets sorry and must be happy with these 2 dogs. Bills not included in rent but electricity is about $70 each per month, internet $33 per month. Hoping to find someone suitable asap as i’m moving overseas!
