We are looking for a 27+ female to join our house hold in Robina,
We have a cute small dog, a cozy safe place to relax and chill and feel at home, we are always clean and tidy. We like a Friendly vibe not “just a room” to make yourself at home and become an aunty to Otis,( the fun aunt- obviously).We are a bit old souls that like a quiet stable home to come home to and we socialise outside of the house (so not a party house). Love a good chat or debrief but also respect each others space.

Near Robina town centre (4 mins drive)
House is furnished contemporary with a bit of mid century pieces.
Bedroom is not furnished.
Room has a wall to wall (3metre) mirror sliding built in robe, a ceiling fan, Room size is a basic 3m x 3m square.
You have your own bathroom
And you get your own study with a built in wardrobe. (Essentially 2 bedrooms for yourself)( we have come to the age that we would prefer less housemates hence the 2for1)
On street parking. 6 month minimum,

About the flatmates
We are…
Ash and Charlotte (female couple) in our early 30’s, we have a beaglier Otis 3 years old. Ash is an Art teacher and Charlotte is a Drafter.
We both work full-time, Mon-fri evenings we are homebodies then out most of the weekends. We love having a friendly household vibe with our housemate but when we socialise with our friends we do it outside the house and keep home a quieter chill vibe. When we aren’t home you’d find us by the river, beach, dog park or the gym. Definitely not a party house.
We are looking for…
Someone employed full time /studies, tidy and clean (with sharehouse experience), perhaps … someone that works from home that would enjoy the adjoining office space, must love our dogs because Otis kinda runs the show here.
