About the flatmates
Hi! There are 4 of us (1 male, 2 female) currently living in this 5 bed house, looking for one more to replace our housemate that have just left. We are all 23-28, and all work full time (varying hours/wfh). We’re looking for someone we can get along with, and a similar age, so please send some info about yourselves if you are interested! We’re all quite keen on movie nights and catch ups, but also respect each others privacy. We’re also very clean, and looking for someone who fits that vibe! We aren’t a party house, and ideally looking for non-smokers/vapers.
The house is 3 floors, on the water, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a shared kitchen. The room available are on the top floor, with a private bathroom, although will be sharing the top floor with myself and my partner as the other two tenants will be on the bottom floor. It is in a gated complex including 2 pools, a gym/sauna and barbecue area. Rent is $250 + bills and we’re looking for someone to move in within the next couple weeks, but we can be flexible for the right person!
No pets. Located Robina 4226, next to bond uni.
