Hi there! Welcome to your lovely home on the Gold Coast!

The house has 4 bedrooms in total:
1 on the ground floor,
3 on the second floor (yours is here!).
Your bedroom has its own lock, offering privacy and peace of mind.

Bathroom setup (very important, we know ^_^):
- Chris has his own ensuite.
- You’ll share the second-floor bathroom with Zoey and Piper.
- BUT! There’s also a toilet on the ground floor mainly used by Piper, so you’ll mostly be sharing the toilet with just Zoey.
- Bonus: two basins (one inside, one outside the bathroom) — Zoey is very happy to chat and figure out a smooth sharing system with you.

Rent & bills:
- Rent: $270/week.
- Bills are shared and come to about $20/week:
- WiFi: $85/month shared by 4.
- Electricity: ~$170/month shared by 4.
- Water: ~$66/month shared by 4.
- The room has air conditioning, which is why bills aren’t included — but trust us, you’ll thank it during the Gold Coast summer!

About us:
We’re all Chinese postgrad students. Friendly, respectful, and value a clean, peaceful home.
We also have a cat named Coco. His main hobbies include sitting still and gaining weight. Emotional support provided, free of charge.
We also like cultural exchange — if you’re curious about home-style Chinese food, we’re always happy to cook and share (taste testing encouraged)!

House chores:
Lawn mowing is shared. Two people per week on a rotating basis — very manageable, very fair.
