I work full-time on a rotating schedule (dayshift/nightshift, changing every 3 months), so I’m often either at work or resting, but value a friendly and respectful home environment.
You’ll be renting a spacious, furnished room with its own private, dedicated bathroom for your exclusive use. The house has three toilets total (one convenient powder room downstairs and two full bathrooms upstairs), ensuring everyone has plenty of privacy and no morning queues.
About the household:
· I live here with my young daughter, who stays with me every other weekend. She’s sweet, well-mannered, and loves having a calm home.
· The third bedroom is hers, so the house is shared between just you, me, and my daughter on her visiting weekends.
· I’m easygoing, tidy, and respect shared spaces. When I’m not working or with my daughter, I’m usually at the gym, cooking a healthy meal, or trying out a new restaurant.
· I’m looking for a housemate who is clean, responsible, and quiet—someone who pays rent on time and is comfortable with a family-friendly vibe.
