The room available is large and currently fits a king bed comfortably. The adjoining room can be used as your own private lounge or quiet space, giving you a two‑room setup with your own ensuite, as well as access to the main bathroom with a bath. The bedroom has imitation timber flooring, while the private lounge area is carpeted.
There are planter boxes outside if you’d like to grow herbs or vegetables. The beds can be removed, or the king bed can stay — whichever suits you best.

I’m a well‑travelled professional and have worked as a paramedic my entire career, including time on ambulances, helicopters, and in conflict zones. I now work in the private sector and am completing postgraduate studies.
This is my home, and I like to keep it clean, comfortable, and functional — relaxed, tidy, and easy to live in. I’m fit and healthy, enjoy spending time in the garden, and love riding motorbikes, being by the ocean, cooking, and unwinding with a good glass of wine.
I also travel frequently, often heading overseas on short notice. I’m an animal lover and happy to live with someone who has pets. I value a respectful, easygoing environment where we both have our own space but can share a chat or meal when it suits.
Because I’m away often, it’s important that my flatmate is responsible and treats the home as their own. In return, you’ll enjoy having a large, comfortable house to yourself much of the time.
