42 yo male..professional, work full time. Very clean and quiet. My 15yo daughter lives in the home lart time so i want a female house mate for this reason.
Flatmate needs to be very clean and very cautious not to cause damage. No smoking. Quiet and respectful.
I can provide a safe secure garage space, and all appliances fridge, washing machine etc can be used.
I will offer the master bedroom with exclusive use of the ensuite, while my daughter and i will share the main bathroom.
I undertand you may be apprehensive about a male housemate, however i am very respectful, so you will find it a comfortable environment.
