About the flatmates
Hi I’m Don. I have a room to rent in a modern Robina home. You’ll be living with myself (49 year old), my 5yr old daughter and my Neurotic Staffy Angus.
Room comes furnished but I can removed the bed if needed. You will practically have your own bathroom (my daughter might use the bath every now and then and the laundry is located in this bathroom)
Rent is $300 including bills. Room is air conditioned.
This is a fairly quiet home. We are up early and go to bed early. I love the gym and a healthy lifestyle, so not a party house. I like to socialise weekends though. I work full time through the week my daughter is at school.
