Queen bed in private room in a large penthouse apartment sharing bathroom with one other. Overlooking Bond University. Lake Orr.
You will be sharing the apartment with myself a professional gay guy, working full time, in addition to two other male housemates.
I'm very house proud therefore keep the apartment spotless at all times. We have a cleaner coming once a month (included in rent) but i will expect you to uphold the same level of cleanliness between her visits.
Included in the rent also is high speed WiFi, washing machine, dryer, duct-ted air conditioning, Common Lounge area with T.V and surround sound, large balcony overlooking lake Orr, fully equip kitchen.
